Click the arrow in the red circle to change the boolean operator.

Use AND if you want both terms to be included in the articles.

Use OR if you want either of the terms in the articles.   

*Remember: "OR is more"

You can also combine terms under the "Recent Activity" tab

1. Check the lines you want to combine.

Choose whether you want to combine your searches with AND or OR. 

The search strategy will be displayed on the search bar at the top of the page.

Click the magnifying glass to search for the combined terms.
