Homework 1-9
- Specific problems from the text will be assigned each week.
- It is expected that students both provide an answer to the specific question, as well as justification for how they arrived at the answer.
- Each assignment will have a certain number of questions required to be turned in, though more will be assigned, in order to allow students choice in the problems they answer.
Power Analysis
- Several experimental situations will be described, and students will use G*Power to perform the requisite power analysis, or calculation of required sample size.
- It is expected that students both provide an answer to the specific question, as well as justification for how they arrived at the answer.
Final Project 1
- Students will be provided a data set and a study aim.
- They are to describe the univariate, bivariate, and multivariate tests to be used to meet the study.
- Justification for the choices made must be provided.
Final Project 2
- Given feedback on Final Project 1, students will perform the outlined analysis, in either GraphPad or Excel.
